We can provide advice, support and treatment for lesbian couples who would like to conceive with donor sperm. Depending on your medical history, treatment options include intrauterine insemination, IVF or intra-partner egg donation (where one partners eggs are used to create the embryos via IVF and the other partner carries the pregnancy). We have links to a variety of reputable sperm banks to help you find a suitable sperm donor or can provide screening and treatment if you have someone you know who will act as a donor.

The process starts with a medial consultation to go through you and your partners medical history and discuss treatment options and whether any fertility investigations are required. Prior to treatment you will be offered counselling with a specialist fertility counsellor to discuss the legal aspects of treatment with donor sperm.
